BCD Terms

Use BCD only with computers and accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware deployment, destructive abuse, and unlawful activity are prohibited.

Computer-control actions can change or delete data. Users are responsible for device permissions, backups, and supervision of high-impact actions.

Every plan has no monthly tool-call quota. Concurrent execution and safety limits still apply. Plans cover personally controlled computers, with no resale or abusive automation.

Free trial

Each new account receives one calendar month of Personal for up to 3 computers, ending at the UTC date shown in the dashboard. No card is required and no subscription is created automatically. Without a paid subscription or pass, the account then returns to Free for one computer. Additional computers remain stored but are paused; running processes can still be inspected or stopped.

Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions use Stripe checkout. Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Before payment, checkout shows the amount and renewal period. A paid subscription starts when payment succeeds and renews every month, or every year if you choose yearly billing, until canceled. A yearly subscription is billed once a year at the yearly price shown on the pricing page. Starting a paid subscription during the free trial does not extend that trial.

Cancel before the next renewal using Manage billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access through the paid period. A fully refunded or disputed payment no longer provides paid access. To change plans, cancel the current subscription and choose a new plan after it ends.

For billing errors or refund requests, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Referral promotion

A new account must use your referral link or code at signup. Its first successful positive paid subscription payment earns you a 2-month pass for Personal, Plus, or Pro. Signup, free trials, zero-dollar payments, and repeat payments do not qualify. A fully refunded or disputed qualifying payment places its reward pass on hold; a confirmed resolution can restore access within the original pass dates. Existing subscription billing deferrals are not shortened automatically. Unused passes never expire. You choose a plan when activating a pass; that selection is fixed for the pass. Passes start after your existing paid period, free trial, and queued passes, so these periods do not overlap.

If you have a renewing subscription, its billing is deferred until your passes end, then resumes on the original paid plan unless you cancel. A pass by itself creates no subscription or automatic charge. You cannot start another paid subscription while passes are active or scheduled. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts created to claim rewards are not eligible. Passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
